Management

Management is a brand new attribute that has been added to the game recently by the developers. Management is used to help control the Loyalty of your units in a PvP battle. Management can be kept high by keeping your explored areas within a certain radius. That radius is decided by how much Prestige you have. Having poor management will affect how many of your units participate in a fight, so it is important to keep your management high (preferably at 100%).
